Night Vision Scope Co. wants to provide the easiest delivery and return options possible because we value our customers. We strive to ship merchandise using the fastest, most secure method to ensure that you receive your device in perfect, working condition. We will not accept responsibility for damage that is incurred during the shipping process as a result of negligence outside of our direct control or refusal, mishandling or carelessness by the Customer. We partner with only the most dependable carriers and we apologize for any delays that may be caused by lost or damaged packages. We will strive to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All Gen 3 and some Gen 2+ require export licenses and all night vision products are subject to United States Export rules and regulations. Valid export licenses may be issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce or the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulation 120-130.
